Whenever I make or receive calls, the person on the other end can't hear me.

I've had this problem on and off for 2 months.

Restoring does nothing.

Anybody have this problem?

Mic went out due to moisture in the air. (Dont ask) Ive had 4 phones do that to me.

Apple will give you a replacement for free

Use redsnow, put it in DFU mode and then select jailbreak. you dont really have to do anything after that
