Just copped the blu-ray can't wait to see this **** in 1080p
The only problem is the sound. It is all over the place. One second it's quiet as a church mouse and you have to crank it to understand what they're saying, the next it sounds like a warzone and you have to turn it down. All movie long.

I think it's not a stretch to say Alex and a 3rd would be enough to get Revis. It'd give the Jets a decent QB for a couple years and another pick to get some depth.

I have to agree...a lot of movies do that especially when being played through the home theater.

Heat is bloated and lacks narrative focus. And Renner in The Town >>>> Pacino and DeNiro in Heat.
this is as ludicrous a statement as i seen on these forums. I hope your shock post is just a troll to get movie buffs like me in a ruffle. The Town's entire premise was built off classic movies like Heat. When ppl think bank heist, crime drama, cop n robbers, Heat almost immediately jumps to mind before any other title. its a classic. and Renner im sorry, he is no actor of class on the level of pacino/deniro, especially in Heat. Renner is another recycled Hollywood action star except he doesnt carry the charisma and acting chops like a Matt Damon or young Tom Cruise did. I think he's a solid actor but he's totally getting stereotyped quickly. he has almost no range. Hurt Locker, Mission Impossible, new Bourne Movie, now this hanzel gretta witch movie. he is the same guy in every role.
the entire supporting cast of Heat has actors who now thrive in major hollywood movies and television. Movie is criminally underrated even though most ppl praise it. it was a shame it recieved absolutely NO award buzz that year.

Yawn. Heat is a seminal film in some respects, but it's still a bloated piece of storytelling with some real issues in narrative development. That it influenced so many films doesn't change that. The Town improved on its formula. The Dark Knight is a much better film too. And your criticism of Renner is complete hogwash. I said that in The Town he's better than Pacino or DeNiro in Heat. Their careers outside of these two films have nothing to do with it (obviously Renner has never done a Godfather or Raging Bull), which by the way I'm sure you're ignorant of. Have you even seen Dahmer or Neo Ned?
