I'm not the one making excuses. You'd be the one having to make excuses to justify why his album is an epic flop. I guess, anyone on a forum can come up with some ridiculous number, then when the album fails to meet it, that album's considered a flop. People spend too much time trying to be label A&R's and execs. Unless you know what Interscope expected his album to sale, there's no way you could call it a flop especially with the criteria you're using.
