Brooks just refuses to try to use logic with who he puts out there. Perk was in the game on our final offensive possession for no damn reason. I won't **** on Perk really because I accept Perk for what he is, but there is no reason for him to play close to 30 minutes unless there is a post threat on the other team. Ibaka was pretty much useless out there since he couldn't make a shot, but Brooks refused to put PJ3 out there to see if he could get something going.

maybe I dont feel as bad about last night because while so many people who never watch the Thunder play are saying "see, that's why you miss Harden"

I remember Westbrook having those exact same games when Harden was here

but anyway, great game to watch last night. I liked what I say from Martin tho. You can tell he's not trying to step on any toes because he passed some decent looks that he really should have taken but he did make some big shots down the stretch and was making nice passes too. you can't scoff at 15pts,5ast,2rebs,1stl against a damn good Spurs team thats pretty much the same from last year.

I am pissed that Brooks didn't play Perry Jones III tho. When I saw Reggie Jackson come in for KD I literally had this face and that soundtrack of him saying turnovers are okay

But yeah, obviously a lot to build on but good game and can't wait for tonight. Really good Portland team coming in. Hopefully they get a little more love from the rim.
