bayless really isn't that good. he's just a combo guard that should be a rotation guy, not a starter. i don't get the love for him. derozan's been pretty disappointing as well but i think he'll end up a solid player.
either ed or amir need to go. calderon needs to go. bargs is gonna be here as long as bc stays. val might end up being great, he might not...either way, he's gonna need some time to make an impact. we have to draft based on talent, period. we don't have enough of it.
i highly doubt we'll make the playoffs next year. and i don't really give a **** to be honest. just throw val and our draft pick out on the court and let them develop.

Very accurate assessment. I'd like to add that Amir Johnson needs to lose weight. He is more effective when he's quick and agile. He doesn't know how to use the added weight/strength.
It should be a very different team next season. Jonas, whatever happens with this years lotto pick, that Barbosa money, the fact we won't be tanking. Making the playoffs would be a huge success. Really skeptical after seeing what Colangelo's done since he's been here but hoping for the best!
Barnes fits from a standpoint that he provides something we need badly in basketball IQ, length, shooting , and defensive prowess..he's a jack of all trades with great size on the perimeter and that would complement a guy like James Johnson extremely well..
MKG I would love simply to have that kind of athleticism and that kind of Defensive intesnsity. We have some "long" guys that try hard (Ameer, Ed Davis) but they're not athletic and limber enough to be playmakers on either end. MKG can be that right away even with the raw offensive game

agree with Everything.
The problem with Colangelo punk *** is that he wants to draft a team of so called "fits" and make this so called cohesiveness based on what these guys are supposed to be as players.
The problem is outside of Bargnani, James Johnson and Demar(on occasion) none of these guys are good enough to do what they're asked to do in the nba to be a winning team. Amir has no hands no jumper no IQ and above average athleticism. Bayless has lost the bounce that made him rose's competitor in HS and his skills are solid but not spectacular , Aaron Gray is ****. Gary Forbes is a D-leaguer....Calderon can't play D, but I will give him that he'd be a solid second point guard because like it or not, he can make things happen for himself and others on offense... ect.
We just need talent, not For Colangelo to execute some wack *** 2k vision
Lowry could be available. I wonder if BC is interested
Only way I see the Raps getting Lowry is if they win the lottery and they trade Bargnani for Lowry. I don't see Morey being interested in anybody else besides him and DeMar. And trading DeMar would probably alienate most of the fanbase even though he had a mediocre year.

bro what fanbase? .... The
niggaz in toronto don't like the raptors they're bandwagoning fucks that cheer for either the Lakers, heat, Celtics, OKC, or NY
If you trade lowry for derozan, we're getting the better player and that's one more step to actually establishing a fanbase.
If the raptors were doing better there wouldnt be bandwagon fans for other teams. Half my friends are heat fans all of a sudden, but you cant blame them we have a **** team. But the past couple of years have been what was expected, be a real **** team and get some picks and hopefully some of them turn out good.
What do you guys think about derozan? I used to defend him saying he had some potential, but now i cant even do that anymore. I'd say go for a sharpshooter in the draft if possible and stick with james johnson at sf or make a trade for a sf

Derozan is what he is. Someone who has no basketball IQ, no finish, and NO idea how to use his athleticism.
