Cap is pretty low, and alot of teams are like near the cap already with mad players left to sign

wonder whose gonna get cut, the games are gonna be ugly and sloppy as not everyone has been staying in shape

Teams can spend up to 70 million and not less then 64.2 million. This is a soft cap.
