I think it's not a stretch to say Alex and a 3rd would be enough to get Revis. It'd give the Jets a decent QB for a couple years and another pick to get some depth.
I dont know , i thought kobe was kind of in his prime...
I mean his game hasn't changed THAT much, its just that he has lost athleticism.
He is somewhat smarter, but he can still alienate with the best of them.
Nah, Kobe was still a kid at 22 years old at the time of that dominant 2001 postseason. His game still needed a lot more refinement and he wasn't the post player he is now. He was slashing and taking people off the dribble, spotting up, but his defense was certainly very good.
Kobe in 2005-2009 was really his prime years. Since 2010, the defense has fallen off but his offense and smarts are why he's still a top player.

As a Heat fan, this thread stinks. Shaq and Kobe in their prime were such a fuckin dominant duo, it was almost unfair. Especially because Bean was an excellent perimeter defender back then. There's only a handful of players throughout history that I'd take over that version of Shaq. He was a fuckin unstoppable force.
'01 Shaq and Kobe would have the league spinning on its head right now.
That was young Kobe, no knee surgeries, endless energy, great defense and today he'd be playing with no handchecks and faster pace. Then Shaq would literally have no competition at center. None.
