Don't eff up your early round draft picks and you'll find that turning around your team will pretty quick. There isn't a parity issue.

I got Gronk, TY Hilton, Steve Johnson, Bowman, Jenkins and Kaep all off waivers. Picked up Sproles 2 years ago in the draft...
