Its all a mental block believe me. Set a benchmark and increase it every time you work out or every week
For example, after taking a year off i could barely do 5 pullups. I set it at 5 one workout. the next I set it at 10. The next, 12. The next 15. Its been 3 months and my pullups in one set is 30. Im going for 35 tomorrow
Pushups gone from 15, in 3 months is now at 70.
You at 10 now. Set the mark at 15. I dont care how long it takes you. STAY ON THE BAR UNTIL YOU GET 15. Even if its a half rep, DO IT. If your arms let out on you, get right back up there and finish the set.
