6'0 168 skinny type build
I want to be a soild 175-178 with definition by June-July. Not sure if its possible
Strong lifts 5x5 and I run on my off days (because I like to run
I went for the first time yesterday and did my first session it was pretty cool. It was fast, almost too fast
I did everything with just the bar (Im going to add 5lbs each session).
Day one looked like this brehs:
Squat 5x5 (bar only)
Bench Press 5x5 (bar only)
Inverted Rows 3xF
Reverse crunch 3x12
Tomorrow I will do this:
Overhead Press 5x5
Prone Bridges 3x30sec
Im supposed to alternate these two every other day. Im gonna give it a shot and go HAM

Edit: Here is a shot in the dark maybe you can get an idea of my bulid. I'll take more after 30 days though.
