If you want your arms to look bigger do dips and focus on your triceps since they are the largest muscle group in the arms. If they look big, your arms look big by default.

just 3 months my upti. Only thing is you can't slack and ****. I usually go at like 12 at night honestly to the 24 hour gym with my *****... if u have a ***** u roll with u will rarely miss days. That's the key besides the diet and **** just don't miss your days.

Whats ur stats saxeeb? Also do you squat? deadlift?

good progress nevertheless. My shoulders and lats blew up in my first three months too. Its called noob gains.

im 6 feet 173 ish?

I dead lift and squat I feel like those 2 exercises increase your total body strength the most.
