you clearly tore your pec. you described the injury to a tee. you need to go see a doctor now *****. you're gonna **** your pecs up for life otherwise. they're never going to look the same.

Sure will but I m already feeling better after my wife gave me a deep tissue massage with warm coconut oil. It was painful when she started then I felt the muscle stretching and relaxing itself as she progressed. Now I can lift it, stretch it, shadow box with it but there's still some discomfort there. She will massage before sleep again.

I did stretch properly and I had good form. I can go up to 275 breh breh. I do 10 reps easily with the weight so it's not too heavy for me.

I will never work out again after a 14 hour night shift with no rest/sleep
