Sure will but I m already feeling better after my wife gave me a deep tissue massage with warm coconut oil. It was painful when she started then I felt the muscle stretching and relaxing itself as she progressed. Now I can lift it, stretch it, shadow box with it but there's still some discomfort there. She will massage before sleep again.

Either your form is improper or that is too much weight for you. Maybe a combination of both.

I did stretch properly and I had good form. I can go up to 275 breh breh. I do 10 reps easily with the weight so it's not too heavy for me.
All in all, thanks guys for all the good advice
