Yeah, AND on the sidewalk. She was exiting a strip mall type parking lot, looked left while turning right, and didn't bother looking right before she accelerated.

The worst part is that BECAUSE I was on the sidewalk, and technically cyclists are supposed to be on the road, her insurance deemed her only partially at fault. So even though she hit me, it's on me to replace my bike.
