Snacking isn't bad as long as you're snacking on the right things. Person above already made suggestions, and the diet posted looks legit so I have nothing to add there.

I still think IF will work for you. The fast breaking meal :praise:

At the minimum though that "2000 meals a day to keep metabolism high" **** is garbage. Have as few meals as possible.

I suggest that you weight yourself regularly. A month and a half? You won't really know if you're making progress unless you do.

I don't go by weight. I go by how my clothes feel and what I see in the mirror.

Went from a size 11 to a 9. And now my 9 is getting loser.

What's that diet looking like? What's that cardio regiment looking like?

That **** is supposed to melt off if you combine diet with a good regiment.

Phil Heath said it best. It's not 50% gym 50% diet. It's 100% of both.

I've only been in the gym for 1 month.


And I haven't weighed myself since February. I'm weighing myself in 2wks.
