when i was in tokyo there was a serious problem of homelessness however all the bums out there were very sophisticated with the way they lived from bum cities like the one in ueno park where they were living in these boxes which are like mini houses. in the city they come out at night and i would rarely see a homeless person not just chilling in their box quietly reading a book. i never seen that many homeless people all just hanging out quietly and modestly reading a bunch of books

2yrs ago..i ran into one...comin into the crab pot...had a lil girl with em like 13-15ish...u can tell they wasnt eatin..n doin bad...got 3 alaskans...then went to the market got em some fruit n ****....gave em 50...without even thinkin

came back down 4 the 4th last yr... dude ran up on me that was a cleaner dumpin trash n stuff...was like u remember the guy n his daughter at the crab pot..i go yeah y..

he gives me a 50 back...like thank you.....u didnt have to do it but u did it anyway without askin questions...n his daughter was workin in one of the booths..we walked to where she was..she thanked me...

i thought it was crazy as hell...he spotted me...i even asked em...how u know i was that guy...he was like u the only black guy in this entire state i have ever seen eat corn on a cob with a mouth full of gold teeth...everybody else take theirs out...n how u was crackin those crabs..i knew u was country n not from around here...

bums aside, whats the seattle night life like? i've seen the statistics that its a buncha whites and asians with very few blacks, but do/did you come across a good amount of black folks still?

I don't trip.if I offer to feed em ..n the wanna do other **** .. Ion deal wit em..mostly all the ones I encounter eat n don't be picky..

Even the cluckers...in Houston I kno a lot if em.. Growin up

I'm really skeptical of ATL bums because they act like they have no memory and sometimes have money and still be out there asking for more.

Let me tell what this one bum did about a year ago:

My GF and I drove separate cars to the date and after she had to go to the gas station. I followed her over there. Dude is outside begging for money to buy some food and drink.

I told her to keep it moving but my GF is too nice so she gives dude some money. I'm about 10 feet away like .

We leave the car at the gas station and walk because she has to go to the bathroom and won't use the gas station. We come back and air is loudly hissing out of one of her tires. I'm just sitting there with the Cosby.

Dude walks back up to us and says "I'm a former mechanic. For $15, I'll change that tire for you"

I look at him and my GF like .

It was plainly obvious dude cut her tires and to top it off, there was another car in the gas station parking lot with a flat tire. This dude had the audacity to take advantage of my GF's kindness, slash her tire while we were gone, then ask for more money. I haven't given out money to a homeless person after that. I probably will again one day but these dudes getting bold.

Atl are more thiefs and hustlers than beggers. Atl and chicago bums will con you and ****. West coast bums just beg...and beg...and beg...and beg...and beg...and beg.....

id rather be a bum in a fair weather city on the west coast then east coast having to survive harsh winters ....they have code blue advisories here that they bring in all the bums off the street cause they'll die
