If old boy was black he would've been probably dead, got charged with aggravated assault, assault to police and they would've slid some weed on him.

You can't really knock someone out if they see the punches coming. The cop was able to tense up, tilt his head etc. The knockout punches are the ones that aren't seen and connect to the chin or temple. If it was a fair one on one fight, the dude still would have beat the cops *** by the looks of it.
