I'm having a tough time lately with my felon brehs that I'm trying to help re-enter the workforce. Met a dude today who murked someone with an AK on a dope robbery gone bad but copped a plea for only 7 years because his brother was acquitted on the same charge. Would you give dude a chance if he seems like a changed man and has the skills to do the job over the other applicants?

That's what I've been trying to push but the WOTC hasn't been renewed yet so the tax credits are on hold. I've dealt with dudes who have had murder charges in the past and it used to be a lot easier to place them in a job. **** has changed though.

I would, but at the lowest levels doin the most basic shyt so I can get a feel of him (n/h) and what he's really about before I put too much into him. I believe in second chances but ****** like that gotta realize that there are consequences for their actions even if you truly have repented for them
