thursday night games I have - south carolin a-7, connecticut -24.5, washington state +13.5
frday night i have nc state +3, boise state +6.5, and san jose state +25.5
sep 1 rubs hands so far i haven't looked deep into these games yet but I love west virginia -24, georgia -38, texas -29 *wyoming cant stop the run), michigan +12.5
still waiting if lines will drop before i throw money on saturday games, i expect all the big boys to cover on saturday though

Almost that time of year, some awful fucking games on week 1.
weeek 1 is the week when most teams have the foot on the pedal and cover, last year stanford beat up a fbs team 50-3 week 1
that was their largest margin of victory for the whole year
week 1 is the best wweek to make money on big spreads, backups fighitng for that starting position that's not set in stone , redshirt freshmans finally getting a chance to shine

"Not so fast my friend" Week 1 was the week that Appalachian State beat Michigan back in 2007. Any possible chances of upsets in Week 1?
if i betted back then i would have taken appalacian state spread
upsets i see boise beating michigan state, boise stunted on georgia last year in georgia, southwick is looking good at qb, and boise still got that offensive line, still got that quickness on defense and got a 5th year senior at rb who at one point was better than doug martin.
i could also see ohio beating penn state in happy valley, tettleton is one of the best qbs in fbs and ohio is no slouch
i could also see southern miss beating nebraska - taylor martinez sucks, southern miss is underrated they beat houston last year and almost beat tcu in the bowl game
smu beating baylor - smu is talented very talented, baylor was nothing last year except for rgIII and tossing up fades to wright and the other track wr. this year no rgIII, new qb first game of the season against a seasoned smu and june jones the master of the spread offense?
washington state beating byu - even though byu is at home, washington state is go ing to put point sup in that air raid offense, mike leach will find a way imo to pull this out

week 1 college football is a strange animal when it comes to wiseguy betting. the lines have been out for MONTHS, and lots of nickel and dimers (sharp nickel and dimers) betting like 500 bucks or a grand weeks in advance shape the lines and take away a lot of the value before the market opens up for the big whales like walters to feast. there will be moves, yes, but those moves wont happen until the night before, or more likely, right at game time when they can get the biggest bet they can down. and its nowhere near the wiseguy moves other weeks because the lines have been molded since may on these games. ive gotten a few pms about picks, and ill be posting them on here when i get some time those days
