Nope, I didn't know about this because it was only integrated with AE in the CS6 version but it looks stunning
What I did was simple : I set a beginning point (position and scale) in the video and an ending point (same) and I tuned the picture in-between when it was needed.
In fact, I don't know After Effects like that, I just knew some stuff about it. Anyway, I might try to go in depth with this software now plus with my version there's already a tracking option. It doesn't seem to be as effective as Mocha but it gets the job done

How did you get the smiley faces on? specially with the shaq smiley drinking milk.

I just used masks for both the hat and the glass (if you're not familiar with those types of software, a mask grants you to... mask part of a picture, giving then the illusion of depth).
I had to smooth the glass mask for the edges not to be too sharp to actually go with flow.

Is there any recognizable song in your vid ? Because if it's the case, Youtube scans the first minute of the video to see if there is copyrighted material...
