I have an 04 4 cyl and my mother has an 09 4 cyl. Never had any problems with either of them. As reliable as a Toyota Camry but with a little better style. Not sure about the 6 cylinders, but a tune up on my 4 cylinder was easy as **** to do. took me about an hour. My moms 09 is an EX-l and honestly I see know difference between her Accord and other luxury vehicles out there. But that could also be because the accords we have here in the US are are basically the Honda Inspire which is a luxury vehicle in Japan

Don't worry about it, I'm a Honda guy, I'd take a nice Honda anyday. Plan on getting a new Si in a year or two

It has enough horsepower for me, enough features for me.
The leather is not the greatest (my lady's car is a ford edge, which has better leather), but it's fine and the seats are heated.
The '13s are a lot better. I wanted to buy the 08-09 (or whenever that body style came out) ... finally bothered to get one in 2011.
So I guess I'll wait awhile to upgrade it for a new accord or a new grand cherokee (I've had two of these in the last decade, and now they made them amazing. ****).
